Into the Brew is a play on the phrase "Into the Blue," which has several meanings. "Into the unknown" seemed the most fitting way to describe how we--a Sweet Home mother and daughter--felt venturing into entrepreneurship together.

At Into the Brew Coffee House, our family believes the best things are made close to home. That's why we're committed to partnering with local businesses, artisans, and makers who share our passion for quality, craftsmanship, and community.
Every cup of coffee begins with beans expertly roasted by Calvary Roasters of Lebanon, a non-profit missions-based company that weekly roasts and delivers our single-source Ethiopian beans. Our pastries and baked goods are lovingly prepared by another family member who owns Heavenly Manna Bakery, a licensed and inspected domestic kitchen in Scio. To craft our signature coffee floats and dirty sodas, we proudly use Holy Kakow premium organic syrups, made with high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors from Sisters, Oregon, just over the Pass.
Our commitment to local doesn't stop with what's in your cup. Our Mercantile crowds every nook and cranny of the coffee house. You'll discover the work of nearly 80 local artisans, featuring everything from handcrafted home décor and woodworking to quality silver and bronze jewelry, fiber arts, artwork, photography, gourmet foods, and one-of-a-kind Pacific Northwest gifts. Every purchase supports talented makers from our region and helps strengthen the local economy.
This Fall, we're excited to take that mission even further with the opening of our new Guild Classroom. Our artisan partners will begin teaching workshops and hands-on classes, giving neighbors the opportunity to learn traditional crafts, discover new hobbies, and connect with the people who create the beautiful products found throughout our Mercantile.

Get out of your home office and settle into a corner of our shop with your laptop and our complementary wifi and chill music vibes. Our menu is both affordable and portable to suit everyone's needs. You're helping us pursue our dreams, so the least we can do is return the favor.
Looking for a place to meet up with co-workers?
Our conference room (soon to be our Guild Room) can be booked for $25/hour during business hours. It includes seating for 12. Perfect for classes or meetings.
Our living-room style Hearth Room is also available for rent for $25/hour during business hours. It can seat up to 20, and the barn door can be closed during your event to ensure privacy. Ideal for baby and bridal showers. We'll even cater sandwiches or home-baked goodies, if you'd like. Email us for a custom catering quote.
Are you a parent needing a toddler-friendly place to meet up with friends?
Our Play Cafe corner in the Hearth Room has comfy seating for parents, too. Enjoy some "you time" with your besties while the kids entertain themselves with imaginative play. We serve healthy kid-friendly food and drink options, like lemonade, hot chocolate, Italian sodas, waffles, and bagels that won't break the bank.
Needing a unique space with great food and drink for your next event?
Into the Brew Coffee House can be booked for evening events from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday. You can let us cater, or you can bring in your own food and drink. Prices start at $100/hour. Email us for a custom quote.
