The Inspiration Behind
Into the Brew
Into the Brew -- a play on the phrase "Into the Blue," which has several meanings. "Into the unknown" seemed the most fitting way to describe how our family felt venturing into entrepreneurship together. From automotive transmission shops to education publishing companies to Etsy Cricut design storefronts, every one of us had dabbled in small business. It seemed only fitting that we try our hand at a coffee house in our own hometown.

Our Mission
It begins with great coffee...real espresso coffee. Not the cream-and-sugar concoctions that come in any size you want. Real espresso is Italian at its roots, like the Mondazze branch of our family. Every drink, whether its a cream-kissed macchiato or a chocolate-dusted mocha, has a formula to follow. We don't mess with tradition here. Our beans are roasted weekly just for us by Lebanon's own Calvary Roasters -- a Single Source blend you cannot find anywhere else.
Healthy energy for our body -- that's what Americans want now, not the ultra-processed high-sugar diet they've been tricked into consuming for decades.
Here at ITB we have partnered with Oregon's own Holy Kakow, maker of beyond-delicious organic syrups and drinking chocolates. Located just over the Cascades in the little town of Sisters.
Not to be outdone by our beverage line-up, ITB's Pie Malones come sweet (or savory!) and are formed by hand from whole ingredients. We also serve sumptuous bagel sandwiches and delicious protein-packed egg bites for those looking for less bready options. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.

Working or studying remotely from home?
Get out of your home office and settle into a corner of our shop with your laptop and our complementary wifi and chill music vibes. Our menu is both affordable and portable to suit everyone's needs. You're helping us pursue our dreams, so the least we can do is return the favor.

Looking for a place to meet up with co-workers?
Our conference room can be booked for $35/hour during business hours. It includes a 50-inch Roku TV, a 60-inch whiteboard, and seating for 20. We'll even cater, if you'd like.

Are you a parent needing a toddler-friendly place to meet up with friends?​
Our Play Cafe corner in the back room has a comfy couch area for parents, too. Enjoy some "you time" with your besties while the kids entertain themselves with imaginative play. We serve plenty of healthy kid-friendly food and drink options that won't break the bank.

Needing a unique space with great food and drink for your next event?
Into the Brew Coffee House can be booked for evening events from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday. You can let us cater, or you can bring in your own food and drink. Prices start at $100/hour. Check out "Reservations" page for more information.
